What is time?

Time is the apparent progression of events from past to future. While it’s impossible to completely define the nature of time, we all share many common experiences bound by time: Causes lead naturally to effects, we remember the past but not the future and the evolution of time appears to be continuous and irreversible.

Is time travel possible?

Time travel into the future isn’t just permitted — it’s mandatory. Indeed, with every passing second, all of us are moving forward into our futures. The future is unavoidable, and it is impossible to escape. But the reality of relativity makes it clear that “jumping” forward in time is perfectly acceptable

How Data can be a part of Time Travel?

“Data is the new oil for the upcoming centuries.”

Today’s world is explicitly dependent on data. The world has moved on the online platform which is the root cause for the generation of data. An enormous amount of data is generated in a fraction of seconds.

What’s the use of this data?

Is this data helpful?

How do interpret this data for future processes? etc.

Some curious questions like this arise daily. For this Data literacy is needed.

‘Data literacy’-The term sounds quite offensive but it’s a fact if you want to build insights or future predictions with data, data literacy is a very important concept to be known. Without knowing, understanding & organizing the data Future prediction are quite impossible.

‘Data Science’ is a field where data is collected, stored, organized, cleaned& then used for future predictions.

Today, data science has overtaken nearly every industry on the planet. There isn’t a single industry in the world now that isn’t reliant on data. As a result, data science has become a source of energy for businesses.

Data scientists have changed almost every industry. In medicine, their algorithms help predict patient side effects. In sports, their models and metrics have redefined “athletic potential.”

Artificial Intelligence is the fastest-growing field in the present-day.

Eg- 1. Entertainment-

Thanks to data science technologies, platforms like Spotify and Netflix have taken entertainment to another level. From the music you prefer to the shows you want to watch, everything is influenced by data. Netflix develops and curates highly targeted shows by extracting customer preferences and behavior patterns from their databases. It customizes the watchlist by the hottest actors, genres, etc by leveraging customer data and viewing habits.

2. Internet search-

Almost all of us frequently use something like ‘just Google it’ whenever someone gets stuck with something. The phrase has become ubiquitous, but we often fail to recognize the role of data science that’s making it possible. All the search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, Ask, etc leverage data science algorithms to come up with the best results for the searched query within a fraction of a second. Without the presence of data science, these search engines wouldn’t have been the same we know today.

3. Healthcare-

The healthcare industry, in particular, benefits greatly from data science applications. Data science is making huge strides in the healthcare business. Data science is used in a variety of sectors in health care.

  • Image Analysis in Medicine
  • Genetics and Genomics
  • Drug Development
  • Virtual Assistants and Health bots

4. E-Commerce-

The e-commerce sector benefits greatly from data science techniques and machine learning ideas such as natural language processing (NLP) and recommendation systems. Such approaches may be used by e-commerce platforms to analyze consumer purchases and comments in order to gain valuable information for their company development.

5. Transport-

In the field of transportation, the most significant breakthrough or evolution that data science has brought us is the introduction of self-driving automobiles. Through a comprehensive study of fuel usage trends, driver behavior, and vehicle tracking, data science has established a foothold in transportation.

6. Text Recognization-

Speech and picture recognition are ruled by data science algorithms. In our daily lives, we can see the wonderful work of these algorithms. Have you ever needed the help of a virtual speech assistant like Google Assistant, Alexa, or Siri?

7. Fraud Detection-

Finance was an early adopter of data applications. Every year, businesses were fed up with bad loans and losses. They did, however, have a lot of data that was acquired during the first application for loan approval. They decided to hire data scientists to help them recover from their losses.

Data scientists tackle questions about the future.Artificial Intelligence and Data Science are taking over the modern era and are changing the modern era into a revolutionary step. We are surrounded by fast-paced computing devices and a variety of game-changing evolutionary ideas that are making the world a much better place to live in and witness the numerous explorations to be made in the future.

Future-oriented questions are addressed by data scientists. They begin with big data, which has three characteristics: volume, variety, and velocity. The information is then used to feed algorithms and models. Models that autonomously self-improve, recognizing and learning from their failures, are created by the most cutting-edge data scientists working in machine learning and AI.

So , as we can be past experiences is predicting our future outcomes with the help of data. Data has become a very important aspect of future. Time travelling with data-we can say it’s all about gaining your future insights. With the help of Data Science & AI it has been possible. So we can say that time travelling with data is possible…
